We are not feeding buffalo we are building soil. Mature grass grazed and stomped into the ground with manure will build soils. Building grass that will regrow faster and survive droughts.

Have you ever seen such a thing? I found this 2 year old bison heifer on the morning of the 4th of July. The heifer some how caught her hoof on her horn and was unable to lift it off. She started to get tired from her struggling so we caught her in our bison proof holding tub. Walter and I dropped a rope down and freed her leg. The heifer is now fine.
